TRG is looking for a detail-oriented and technically savvy individual as their new Service Manager.  The Service Manager is the initial point of contact for all technical support and warranty-related issues that clients have with TRG-installed systems.

Responsibilities

  • Acts as liaison between clients and manufacturers when dealing with technical support and return merchandise authorizations.

  • Coordinates return merchandise authorization paperwork on behalf of clients and works with manufacturers for timely resolutions of issues.

  • Responds to service requests via ticketing system, phone support, and on-site visits.

  • Oversees after-hours technical support.

  • Works with integration team to install and commission small projects.

Must Have

  • Minimum of High School diploma/GED.
  • Excellent time management skills.

  • Minimum of five years of experience with audio, visual and lighting technology.

  • Experience with advanced networking protocols setup and commissioning.

  • Must be proficient in:

    - Dante (Level 3 preferred)

    - Qsys (Level 2 preferred)

    - sACN

    - ArtNet

    - NDI

    - VLAN setup

  • Must hold a current driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Work Environment

  • Ability to climb ladders, scaffolding, and work safely at heights above 30 feet.

  • Must be available for rotation of weekend “Service On-Call” duties.

  • Limited travel to job sites outside of Tampa Bay with occasional overnight stays.
